Basically it's a 'Tree' that requires you research one technology before your able to move on to the next one.
This web page allows someone to search for technologies anywhere in the tree and automatically expand the tree to view those technologies and the path required to get to them.

It utilizes the models, events, and event listeners of Swing. Like in Swing, components are arranged in a hierarchy of containers, whose root container is hooked to a frame. Within about six years of development wingS has grown to a very sophisticated technology. Now it gets even better! The wingS development team is proud to announce the first beta release of wingS 3.0 featuring transparent AJAX! This means you no longer have to care about AJAX - it's just there. The wingS core tracks all modifications to the component model and reflects them incrementally on the client.

Puzzle!

Simple puzzle game with photos from Flickr. For your business:
Register as firm and link venues with your profile. It's free!
Later you can give special permissions to users who belong to your business in order to allow them to manage guestlists and VIP lists for your venues, and promote events.

How we are using Flickr API:
In Keevu, every venue 'magically' gets photos after submission thanks to the venue name, and the venue city. We search in Flickr for photos tagged with those keywords and show the found photos in the venue profile. We make use of cache, of course!

With routes and events we make something similar, but we use tagmachines. An example of tagmachine would be keevu:event=9. With this tag, we are indicating that the photo is for the event ID 9 in Keevu, and photos tagged like this, will be shown in the event details.
For routes we do the same.

Flickr, Y! Easily display it on a Map!

Your current location on earth, or the location of - let's say - your world travelling mascot displayed on a map with a customised image. You can display the map on your site or (travel) blog. Updating your location on the map is done by placing one specially tagged Flickr image on the map. Move the image's geotags around in Flickr and the map is updated.
==============================================
How:
1. The Flickr photo used to trace your location has a tag like "my current location" (tag must be applied to that one photo only).
2. Get the geoRSS feed for that tag.
3. Parse the geoRSS feed through a Yahoo! Pipes application; it generates a geoRSS feed readable for Yahoo! Maps.
4. Create a map on your website with AJAX.
5. The map loads the Yahoo! Pipes geoRSS and displays your location.
6. The map replaces the default locatoin marker with a customised image (could be you!).
==============================================
Configurable options:
1. Yahoo! Maps Appliation ID (obligatory)
2. Dimensions of the map
3. The customised marker image
4. The starting point and zoom of the map before it loads the geoRSS (could be your home)
5. The zoom of the map with your location
==============================================
To use this application:
1. Download the script at http://www.youssouf.com/hacks/whereamimap_1.0.js
2. Copy the code and include it in your web page.
3. Adjust the required variables (see the script) and follow the instructions.
4. Required: Flickr geoRSS feed with the one geotagged photo tagged with your location.
5. Required: Yahoo! Application Id (costs you 1 minute).
6. Required: customised image to be used as location marker.
==============================================
Known issues in version 1.0:
------------------------------
Marker Positioning:
If the custom marker image does not have the same dimensions as the default marker (30x33 pixels, http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/us/map/aj/markerf19824.png), then your image is off positioned. The marker is placed with the left bottom corner at the geo co-ordinates. The marker's co-ordinates are defined at the top left corner (geo co-ordinates minus (0,33)). If your custom image is higher than 33 pixels, the bottom left corner will be below the geo co-ordinates.
------------------------------
Displayed size of the custom marker
When the HTML page is defined as document type XHTML 1.0 strict, the custom marker will get the dimensions of the original marker (30,33).

CitySlick!

CitySlick! allows you to view information profiles on over 20,000 cities and 3,000 counties in the United States.
